OUR story of growing the LOUD Library initiative.
July 2021 – LOUD Design Group was awarded a “Business Events Grant” to help with the launch of LOUD Library services. After many attempts throughout the pandemic to launch as borders closed preventing LOUD to showcase the concepts at some events planned. We never gave up our focus and our endurance to succeed was fuelled by the longest lockdown period in the pandemic history 255 days + In Melbourne’s isolation.
2022 – LOUD emerged with energy to tell a story of how we needed to RETHINK SUSTAINABILITY- ONE SAMLE AT A TIME.
February 2022 – At DENFAIR Interior Australia in Melbourne. LOUD was one out of three finalists “Best on a show for Sustainability”, with over 300 specifiers, designers industry leaders, students and associations registering for our initiative to succeed. We were a show stopper with the constant flow of people entering our stand to find out more about our journey.
August 2022 – LOUD started the journey to open its first regional sample collection location in Geelong and began its move to new premises in Carrum Downs creating a tailored made photographic studio.
October 2022 – LOUD was one out of seven finalists “CUB pitch night – Melbourne” LOUD was showcased as a start-up business amongst a range of medical, IT and products requiring investment. From this event LOUD received the assistance to help build the platform needed to reduce the impacts of building materials waste streams – The LOUD Market.
December 2022 – LOUD received recognition as a consultant for CLUB Rathdowne By Villawood Properties who were awarded “2022 for GREAT PLACE AWARD”. UDIA (Victorian Division). LOUD continues to work and assist with their next development CLUB Coridale, Lara.
